The duration of our refund and return policy extends for a period of 30 days. If a month has transpired since your purchase, we regrettably cannot provide you with a complete refund or exchange.

For a return to be considered, the item you possess should remain unused and maintain the identical condition it was in upon receipt. Additionally, it must be housed within its original packaging.

Refunds

Upon receiving and examining your return, we will send you an email to inform you about the receipt of your returned product. Furthermore, you will receive a notification regarding the acceptance or decline of your refund request.

In the event of approval, the refund will be initiated and will be automatically credited back to your original method of payment, whether it’s your credit card or the initial payment method. This process will be completed within 14 business days.

Late or missing refunds

If a refund has not been issued to you yet, we recommend reaching out to your credit card company.

It’s possible that there might be a slight delay before the refund is formally processed. Subsequently, please get in touch with your bank, as refunds often undergo a brief processing period before being recorded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at customerservice@xploreprints.com.

Shipping returns

To initiate the return of your product, kindly reach out to us via email at customerservice@xploreprints.com.

Please be aware that you are accountable for covering the shipping expenses associated with returning the item, and these shipping costs are non-refundable.

For higher-value items being returned, it’s advisable to contemplate utilizing a traceable shipping service or obtaining shipping insurance. We cannot assure the receipt of your returned item.
